Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WtspApp platform operated by WebSoft Resolution. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

WtspApp is a marketing automation tool that allows businesses to send bulk messages using the Official Meta (WhatsApp) Cloud API. We provide the software interface, but the message delivery infrastructure is managed by Meta.

2. Compliance with Meta Policies

You agree to strictly follow WhatsApp's Commerce Policy and Business Policy. You are strictly prohibited from sending:

• Spam or unsolicited messages to users who haven't opted in.
• Illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Messages related to alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or adult content.

Important: If your WhatsApp number is blocked or banned by Meta due to policy violations, WtspApp is not responsible, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Fees and Payments

• Subscription Fee: You pay WtspApp for the use of the dashboard/software.
• WhatsApp Conversation Fee: You are responsible for paying message charges directly to Meta (Facebook) via your credit card attached to your WhatsApp Business Account. We do not collect these charges.
• All payments made to WtspApp are non-refundable once the service period has started.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, especially if you use the platform for spamming or illegal activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebSoft Resolution be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We do not guarantee 100% message delivery as it depends on the recipient's phone status and Meta's server availability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan.
